Your route into a UK career, mapped week by week.
Pathway UK is a six-week live programme for immigrants moving into HR, people operations and non-developer tech roles — built around the parts of UK hiring nobody explains to you.
Delivered by Pathway UK, a programme run by Clintech Safety Consultants Ltd.
Experience doesn't transfer on its own — the map does.
Most participants arrive highly qualified and consistently overlooked — not for lack of skill, but because UK hiring runs on unwritten rules: how a CV should read, what a competency interview is actually testing for, where the hidden 60–70% of roles get filled before they're ever advertised.
Pathway UK exists to close that specific gap. Every session is built around the UK job market as it actually operates, for three tracks — HR & People, non-developer tech, and clinicians transitioning into tech — with a shared cohort for accountability throughout.
Six stations. One line into work.
Each week is a stop on the same line — all three tracks travel together until the platforms split for track-specific practice, then rejoin for the defense and graduation.
HR and Non-Tech Roles
Understanding how UK hiring actually works, building a UK-ready CV and LinkedIn presence, and translating overseas experience into HR and non-developer tech roles.
Non-Dev Roles
Applying strategically for HR and non-developer tech roles, getting past applicant tracking systems, and mastering UK interview formats with the STAR method.
Project Defense (Hands-on)
Each participant presents a completed CV, LinkedIn profile and tailored application to a panel — with live feedback from facilitators and guest assessors.
Graduation
Understanding and negotiating a UK job offer, planning the first 90 days — then certificates, cohort celebration, and alumni network next steps.
Same cohort, three destinations.
HR & People
- NHS, local councils and charities — where HR demand runs highest
- CIPD equivalencies and how they're recognised in the UK
- Applying to HR Advisor, People Ops and Talent Acquisition roles
- Right to Work checks, employment law 101, and IR35 basics
Non-dev tech
- BA, QA, Scrum Master and PM titles — what they mean here
- Portfolio and evidence for non-developer tech roles
- Case studies and problem-solving exercises for interviews
- Agile environments and stakeholder management in your first 90 days
Clinicians into tech
- For doctors, nurses and allied health professionals moving into digital health, health tech or broader tech roles
- Mapping clinical skills to BA/QA/PM equivalents — clinical audit, patient pathways, and care protocols as process and quality work
- The health tech sector map: NHS Digital, digital health startups and medtech employers
- Talking about a career pivot with confidence — including registration (GMC/NMC/HCPC) and how to frame it to employers
A 3-month internship, once you graduate.
Every participant who completes the six-week programme is offered a place on a 3-month internship — real UK workplace experience, a certificate of completion, and references you can put on every application that follows.
For most participants, the hardest line to fill on a UK CV is recent UK experience — not skill, not qualifications, just a gap employers keep asking about. The internship closes that gap directly: three months working within a UK organisation, on real tasks in your track (HR & People, non-dev tech, or clinical-to-tech), supported by the same cohort structure that got you through the six weeks.
On completion, every intern receives a certificate confirming the placement and a written reference from their supervising organisation — both usable immediately in job applications, LinkedIn, and interviews.
